Renuka is the Chairperson at Vastu. She has 30+ years of experience in the Indian financial sector across private equity, investment banking and structured finance. As one of the early private equity investors in India, she played a pivotal role in shaping the market both in terms of leading pioneering investments such as buy-outs as well as pening new pockets of capital for investment in Indian private equity. In her last role as the MD & CEO of ICICI Venture for close to a decade, she has contributed in many ways to the evolution of that firm to one of the largest private equity funds in India.
Renuka brings on board her deep experience of raising, investing and returning third party capital across several economic cycles. She looks to build Multiples as a platform to channelise long-term capital, to create valuable enterprises and successful entrepreneurs. She draws motivation from the fact that supporting entrepreneurs to build sustainable businesses has the potential to generate employment, to create ripple effects in the Indian economy and to facilitate the greater process of nation building. Ms. Shyamala Gopinath has over four decades of rich experience in financial sector policy formulation in different capacities at Reserve Bank of India (RBI). At RBI, she held key positions and guided & influenced national policies in diverse areas of financial sector regulation and supervision, the development and regulation of financial markets, capital account management, management of government borrowings, foreign exchange reserve management and payment and settlement systems. She has served on several committees while with RBI. During 2001 to 2003, she was deputed as Senior Financial Expert at the International Monetary Fund. Ms. Gopinath retired as Deputy Governor of RBI, a position that she held for nearly 7 years. She served as Chairperson Advisory Board on Bank, Commercial and Financial Frauds for two years from 2012 to 2014.
Ms. Gopinath was also the Chairperson of the Board of Corporate Bonds and Securitisation Advisory Committee of SEBI.
Since 2012, Ms Gopinath has held several Board positions in large institutions and public sector undertakings such as Clearing Corporation of India, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, GAIL and Ernst & Young (Global Governance Council). Until Dec 2020, she was the part-time Non-Executive Chairperson of HDFC Bank Ltd. Presently, Ms. Gopinath serves as Independent Director on the Boards of other renowned companies. Prior to the year 2000, worked with the ICICI Group for over 15 years. Was involved, in various roles, with project finance and investment banking. Advised several companies across industries, in equity and debt raising, M&A and corporate structuring. His last position with the group was with ICICI Securities, as Head of Investment Banking. Since August 2012, associated, as Advisor/ Director, with companies in the BPO, Media, and Private Equity areas, besides role as consultant with NIIT Technologies.He is currently serving as an independent director on several boards. He holds a B.Tech degree from IIT Delhi and an M.B.A from FMS, University of Delhi.

He worked on several committees of RBI and Indian Banks Association. He has varied exposure in Rural and small & medium enterprises lending, NRI business, foreign exchange, and cross-country products. He is a Strong man-manager, and team builder with a firm belief that the leader should be a role model, and his actions should always be transparent, consistent, and predictable. He is presently on the board of several companies and also advises many companies on finance and management.
Mr. Rajasekhara Reddy is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and holds a Master degree in science from the University of Agricultural Sciences.
Mr. Natrajan Ramkrishna, Independent Director at Vastu, is a qualified chartered accountant and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 42 years of association across various professional services firms. Over his extensive tenure, to name a few Mr Natrajan held key positions such as the Country Head of Audit at KPMG and RSM in addition to partner positions at EY and PwC.
For most part of his association and by virtue of his position he was involved with promoters and founders in shaping the broader and long-term vision of the various organizations.
He recently retired from the services of SR Batliboi LLP and works with certain companies as a financial consultant. He was also associated with iconic companies such as Infosys, Wipro and Dr. Reddy’s Lab as Engagement Partner and by virtue of which, he possesses deep insight into and understanding about the working of Boards, Audit Committees, their roles, responsibilities in evolving and implementing strategy, culture, branding and in setting the tone at the top through the communication on policies and procedures of the organization. He has an expert knowledge of the organization’s business structure, policies and processes, Risk Management and Governance structures.
Mr. Natrajan was a part of the Accounting Standards Board of the ICAI. He has been speaking at public forums on matters of importance to the profession, lecturing on Management Accounting and Taxation at some of the leading institutions offering post graduate courses in Management Studies (and all affiliated to the Mumbai University).
Sudhir N. Variyar is a Director at Vastu, he joined Multiples Alternate Asset Management in 2009 at inception. Sudhir has been in the private equity industry since 2005, and has a strong investment track record. Prior to Multiples, Sudhir was a Senior Director at ICICI Venture. In this capacity, Sudhir led investments in the financial services and energy sectors and was part of the Investment Committee at ICICI Venture. At Multiples, Sudhir is one of the investment committee members. Sudhir is on the Board of Vikram Hospitals and Delhivery Private Limited.
Sandeep Menon is the Founder Managing Director and CEO at Vastu (post change of ownership and control) He is a senior banker with over 23 years of Diverse experience in General Management, Business Strategy and Risk Management with various country level business leadership roles across Consumer Lending, SME Lending, Home Loans, Personal Loans and Commercial Finance across leading Foreign Banks and Financial Institutions such as GE Capital, Standard Chartered Bank and Barclays Bank Plc. He has built large lending business across Secured and UnSecured Lending. Sandeep was part of the founding team at Barclays Bank PLC in India as the Director and Head of Retail Assets and Banking Strategy.
Mr. Day is a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Creation Investments Capital Management. Since joining the firm in 2011, he has been instrumental in the deployment of the funds managed by the firm and has played a key role in the deal generation, due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation of transactions in India. Shakil, in his previous assignment at Aditya Birla Housing Finance, was heading collections. He has worked in leadership roles in Tata Capital Housing Finance, ICICI Bank Ltd, Barclays Bank PLC, Capital First Ltd, Reliance Communications Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank, and a few others. Shakil had also worked as Chief Risk Officer at Vastu in the past.

Satish Nair is the Head of Treasury and Corporate Affairs at Vastu Housing Finance. Satish manages the treasury function at the Vastu and is responsible to expand the liability base, arrange and execute roadshows, manage and maintain communication with the Investors, Regulators, Banks, Rating agencies, and DFIs and represent the Company with the regulators. He also manages compliance, communications, and brand outreach for the company for Vastu.
Satish is a seasoned corporate affairs and investor relations professional leading complex Integrated Public Policy, Investor, Marketing strategy, and business development. He is a veteran in the credit rating industry having spent over 13 years at Fitch Ratings, India Ratings & Research, and Brickwork Ratings in various roles covering fixed income research, investor outreach, and regulatory relationship.

Rohith is a founding team member at Vastu. He in his previous role spearheaded the IT initiatives at Micro Housing Finance Corporation Limited (MHFC). He co-designed MHFC’s end to end Loan Management process from Loan Origination to Loan Closing and successfully launched a cashless/paperless transaction process that increased efficiency and reduced annual operational costs. Udit is a seasoned finance professional with diverse experience spanning corporate planning and strategy, general management, equity research, and ratings. His earlier assignments have been with leading Indian and Multinational Financial Institutions such as HDFC Bank, Ambit Capital, Fitch - India Ratings and Research, and UBS Securities. Anusha is managing operational excellence by constantly looking at simplifying complex existing processes and systems. As part of the senior leadership team, her primary objective as an internal challenger is to build a business with greater simplification, and automation with creative pathways for workflows and processes for superior, best-in-class customer excellence.
Anusha has over 13 years of experience and was previously managing operations and HR at Vastu. Previously, she has worked with JP Morgan and Home First Finance Company(HFFC).
Anusha has completed her Bachelor’s in Banking and Insurance at Mumbai University. She is currently pursuing her master’s in Data Science from Deakin University along with post-graduation in Business Analytics and Data Science from the University of Texas.
Bharat is a founding team member at Vastu. He has over 15 years experience in Banking & Financial services space in credit, risk and operations function across various organizations and asset classes both in the retail and corporate lending space. Bharat has previously worked with Magma Housing Finance, HDFC Bank and Standard Chartered Bank in the Credit Underwriting function for Mortgages in the Western region. Nikhil is a founding team member at Vastu. He has over a decade of experience in working with tech-driven initiatives. He was instrumental in setting up Netblade Solutions Pvt Ltd, which was involved in developing customised cross-platform software applications across multiple verticals and digital marketing.
Nikhil heads Information Technology at Vastu and is responsible for delivering Vastu's digital initiatives and developing and executing tech strategy and architectural direction.
